What If You're In An Area Of Very Poor Signal?
Encountering extremely poor signal in your area? We've got you covered with solutions to enhance your connectivity.
If your location suffers from erratic signal strength, consider upgrading to a more robust unit along with a yagi or parabolic antenna.
Reach out to us, and we'll provide personalised recommendations based on your specific requirements and budget constraints.
To set up your booster effectively, start by identifying a suitable location with at least minimal signal reception, preferably above the roof.
Mount the outdoor antenna on a pole pointed in the direction of this signal source, ensuring a stable connection to the amplifier inside your property.
It's important to note that a yagi or parabolic antenna is preferable for areas with unpredictable signal quality, especially if your signal frequently drops below two bars.
When positioning the outdoor antenna, avoid pointing it directly at the service provider's mast to prevent signal overload.
Instead, aim slightly to the right or left if the mast is within sight. Once the outdoor antenna is securely in place, connect its cable to the appropriate port on the booster.
For optimal performance, keep the booster indoors, at least 10 meters away from the outdoor antenna to prevent interference.
After connecting the indoor antenna to the booster and plugging in the power supply, power on the device.
You should notice an immediate improvement in your cell phone signal strength.
If you encounter any issues during setup or your desired outcome isn't achieved, don't hesitate to reach out to our dedicated support team via email or phone.
We're here to ensure you get the most out of your signal booster experience.
