30-Day Money Back Policy

AT SMARTBOOSTERS We sure care about our customers, dealers and resellers and put in all efforts and resources to ensure their happiness and satisfactions. In the event that you are unhappy with what you ordered from us, you can return the product within 15 days of receipt. If the product is returned in its original state as received on delivery, you will be refunded 80% of your money excluding delivery charges and excluding any discounts offered at the time.  This means that all refunds and restocking fees are calculated from the website’s original price and excluding any discounts.      You should fulfil the following conditions as outlined below.  Note important that change of mind or change of circumstances do not fit in this category.  We will only refund after proof is sent that after attempting to properly install our solutions with the free technical support that we will offer you via email and over the phone doesn’t work and if after trying any replacement we send you doesn’t work if at all, we will then refund you less a 20% restocking fee.  Dealers and resellers are refunded excluding the discount offered to them + an additional 20% restocking fee deduction.  For more info, please contact us.

Note: If a customer wants to avail of 100% refunds, engineers must call to the site and ensure that the unit is installed properly. if after this test is done and the unit still doesn’t work , only then will we process full refunds. 

Please Note that if items are not returned in its original state it may incur further costs or total loss of the amount paid.

To ensure you get a full or 80% refund, you must fulfil the below conditions: 

  • Send back the product in its original form as was shipped with no damage.
  • Send back the product with the full kit it was received including original cables, accessories.
  • Fill out a RMA form
  • Bear all shipping charges
  • Be patient to await that the solution is tested to confirm its condition and that the entire refund / credit is processed
  • Change of mind or change of circumstances are strictly non refundable.
  • If under any circumstances a product is faulty (if at all), we will always ensure of a replacement after receiving the kit back for testing.

If a product doesn’t meet a customer’s requirement due to an incorrect choice made, the customer has the right to replace this product for a similar one with matching specifications, but extra shipping / delivery charges may apply.  In case of product replacement, the customer takes personal charge of delivery cost associated with return of a previous model and obtaining a new one.

If a price of a new model is higher than a previous order price, the customer should pay the difference.

If the price of a new model is lower than the original order price, SMARTBOOSTERS SA will refund the balance difference to the customer.

You will not qualify under our 15 Days Money Back guarantee refunds if :

  • if your returns is not in an original, is damaged or in a worn-out package
  • if your returns is disassembled, modified or altered
  • Damaged due to misuse, negligence, abnormal physical, electromagnetic or electrical stress
  • Damaged due to lightning strikes or natural disasters

PROCESS TO FOLLOW

Please customers are advice to follow the below process when returning any products :

  1. Contact us.
  2. Explain the problem.
  3. Fill out an RMA form that will be provided to you. This form must be filled out before any item is returned to us.
  4. A return address will be provided to you to send the item to. Please send this item /s in its original state to the address.
  5. A check will be carried out by the technical department and if the item is certified to be in good condition a refund will be effected by the finance department
  6. The refund process should take at least 15 to 30 business days after the cell phone signal booster or other products have been received back

Incomplete or damaged kit

Sometimes by error we may send damage or incomplete items, do not worry if you receive this as we will replace it at no extra cost. please kindly contact SmartBoosters SA immediately for an arrangement to be made for a replacement.

WARRANTY SERVICE 

All our products are packed with 2 years manufacturer warranty. if your booster develops any fault within the two years warranty window, the product can be returned for free repair or replacement.

Warranty Exchange, Repair Policy

  1. Repairs period if item is deem faulty by our technical department can take up to 14 days from the date we receive the item in our office.
  2. Replacement of faulty items can take an average of 7 days from the SmartBoosters Technical department confirms receipt of the item.

Please kindly note that items returned in the below conditions will not be refunded or replaced:

Items not in their original box, damaged or worn-out package

Items not in their original package with full kits

  • Items that have been disassembled, modified or altered
  • Items damaged due to improper cabling or installation
  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, abnormal physical, electromagnetic or electrical stress
  • Items damaged due to lightning strikes or natural disasters
